Job summary

Sehlke Consulting, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support a high‑visibility HQ Marine Corps program. You will develop an Enterprise Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and integrate data from multiple sources to align with GAO, DAU and PMI standards.

The role requires a BA/BS, 6+ years in IMS, PMI Scheduling Professional, Secret clearance, and ability to travel (<5%). You will lead planning meetings and collaborate with government and contractor teams to deliver scheduling solutions.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Mandatory PMI Scheduling Professional certification; CAPM accepted with demonstrated knowledge and on‑the‑job training.
• Ability to travel (<5%) and effective oral and written communication.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per policy; Security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and deliver an Enterprise Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Sustain, monitor, maintain, and report on status of the IMP, capturing milestones.
• Assist in development of Enterprise Schedule WBS and gap analysis.
• Develop risk analyses to support the IMP.
• Lead or support meetings, conferences, and reviews with planning teams.
• Collaborate with Active Duty, Civil Service, and contractors to deliver solutions.
