Job summary

Guidehouse in Tysons, VA is seeking a Senior Scheduling Specialist to develop and govern Integrated Master Schedules for DoD programs. You will lead scheduling across multiple offices, perform CPM and variance analyses, and implement DCMA/GAO best practices.

You will create executive dashboards and briefings for senior government leadership, support program reviews, and drive governance in Microsoft Project environments, including Project Online. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Developing, maintaining, and governing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance is required.
10+ years of federal consulting, DoW programs, IMS, or program management experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online.
Experience applying DCMA 14-Point, CPM, float and GAO Schedule best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and govern IMS for DoW acquisition and modernization programs.
Manage schedule integration across stakeholders to align objectives and milestones.
Perform CPM, float, variance analyses and schedule health assessments.
Establish scheduling governance and ensure DCMA/GAO compliance.
Create executive dashboards and briefing materials for senior government leadership.
Support program governance, reviews, and decision-making with schedule insights.
Lead Microsoft Project and Project Online scheduling activities.
