Job summary

Leidos is seeking an IMS Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting complex defense programs. You will work with program managers, subcontractors, and support personnel to align schedules with scope, requirements, resources, and budgets, providing analysis, risk mitigation, and reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project/program management experience, or a Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship and Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong communications skills to coordinate with functional areas on schedule tasks and dependencies.
• Proven IMS/PMO scheduling experience and ability to facilitate meetings.
• Knowledge of MS Project and/or other schedule management tools.
• Familiarity with IMS architecture (WBS/IMP) and baseline change control.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduling rhythms, develop baselines, monitor performance against baselines.
• Develop and maintain Master Schedule with tasks and resources to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with industry/government performers to maintain integrated schedules.
• Identify milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path.
• Conduct what-if analyses and maintain version control for schedules.
• Provide schedule analysis, reports, and leadership briefings; support risk mitigation.
