Job summary

KBR is seeking a proactive Program Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for multiple work packages and link them into a program-level Integrated Master Schedule. The role is based in the Midwest City, OK office and requires collaboration with DoD professionals to ensure schedule integrity and timely execution.

You will create and update IMS, prepare weekly and monthly status reports, and craft briefings for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in submitting and tracking DoD purchase and service requests is preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD programs, schedules, and procedures; IMS scheduling experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple work packages.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and status updates.
• Prepare charts and PowerPoint briefings for IPT and Executive level briefings.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and manage scheduling tools.
