Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a healthcare setting/practice.
• 1 year completing scheduling and registration of appointments.
• 1 year practicing good public relations, customer service, time management and patient communication.
• 1 year proficient use of computer keyboarding and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Pre & Post-Appointment Support and serve as a single point of contact for coordinating appointments, procedures/surgeries, labs, imaging, or treatments.
• Accurately navigate complex service protocols and information to ensure services are delivered.
• Provide patients/caregivers with information and updates and manage work queues or messages.
• Prioritize and sequence appointments, labs, imaging, and treatments across departments and locations.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, providers, schedulers and care team members to ensure timely care.
• Review chart and Epic in-box messages to facilitate communication and scheduling changes.
