Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented workflow support professional to help develop, test, and maintain forms and workflows within the BIC technology ecosystem. You will configure IntApp Open and Wall Builder, implement approved changes, and run functional and regression tests to ensure reliability.

Responsibilities include executing test plans, documenting results, and tracking defects, plus post-release validation and maintaining user guides.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in systems, operations, or business technology support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with workflow platforms.
• Experience with IntApp Open or similar workflow platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies or structured testing practices preferred.
• Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours as required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional tech certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows and forms in the BIC tech ecosystem.
• Create, edit, and maintain forms, workflows, notifications, and configuration in IntApp Open and Wall Builder.
• Implement approved changes for departmental and firmwide workflows.
• Perform functional and regression testing on workflows.
• Execute test plans, document results, and track defects to resolution.
• Support deployment and post-release validation of platform changes.
• Maintain operational docs, quick reference guides, and release notes.
• Identify opportunities to standardize or streamline repeatable platform work.
