Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to join the Business Intake and Conflicts team. This role focuses on building, configuring, testing, and maintaining workflows within the BIC technology ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open.

The position emphasizes execution, QA, and operational support to empower other departments firm-wide. You will support deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation, collaborating with the BIC Systems Manager and related teams to ensure risk controls and data

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in systems, operations, or business technology support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and other firm applications.
Familiarity with workflow platforms and form builders; experience with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Platform build, configuration, and maintenance within IntApp Open and Wall Builder under direction of the Director, BIC Operations & Projects.
Perform functional and regression testing of new and modified workflows.
Support deployment and post-release validation of platform changes; troubleshoot issues.
Assist cross-department enablement and ensure adherence to BIC standards for risk management.
Identify opportunities to standardize repeatable platform work and participate in upgrades.
