Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to support development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows and platform functionality within the BIC technology ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open. You will help enable various departments to leverage BIC workflows safely and consistently.

The role emphasizes build support, QA/testing, and operational execution, with collaboration across the BIC team and other firm groups.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications.
• Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours as required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in systems, operations, or business technology support.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, form builders, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Platform Build & Configuration: Create, edit, and maintain forms, workflows, notifications, and configuration in IntApp Open and Wall Builder under direction.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform functional/regression testing, document results, and track defects.
• Operational Support: Support deployment and post-release validation; troubleshoot issues and maintain docs.
