Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to support the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows within the BIC tech ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open. You will enable firmwide platform usage across departments and focus on build support, QA, and operational execution.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in systems or business tech support, familiarity with workflow platforms, and a Bachelor's degree. The role may require extended hours and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage applications.
• Experience in workflow platforms, form builders, or enterprise apps.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain forms, workflows, and notifications in IntApp Open and Wall Builder.
• Perform functional and regression testing; document results and defects.
• Support deployment, post-release validation, and issue troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to standards for risk management, data integrity, and auditability.
