Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to support development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows within the BIC technology ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open and related systems. The role emphasizes build support, QA/testing, and operational execution to enable firmwide platform use.

Responsibilities include platform build and configuration, testing, deployment support, and cross-department enablement, with attention to risk management, data integrity, and auditability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications after orientation.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in systems, operations, or business technology support.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, form builders, and/ or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain forms, workflows, notifications, and configuration within IntApp Open and IntApp Wall Builder under direction of the Director, BIC Operations & Projects.
• Implement changes for departmental and firmwide workflows.
• Apply standardized patterns to new builds for consistency and scalability.
• Perform functional and regression testing on new and modified workflows.
• Execute test plans, document results, and track defects through resolution.
• Validate integrations, edge cases, permissions, and data flows before Production.
