Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to join the Business Intake and Conflicts team in San Francisco. The role focuses on building, configuring, testing, and maintaining workflows and platform functionality within the BIC technology ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open.

You will perform QA, support deployments, and help other departments leverage BIC workflows while adhering to risk and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in systems, operations, or a business technology support role.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms and enterprise applications.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain forms, workflows, and notifications in IntApp Open and Wall Builder.
• Perform functional and regression testing on new or modified workflows.
• Support deployment and post-release validation of platform changes.
• Maintain operational documentation and release notes.
• Escalate design, governance, or risk concerns to the BIC Systems Manager.
