Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to support development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows, forms, and platform functionality within the BIC ecosystem, focusing on IntApp Open and related systems.

The role emphasizes build support, QA/testing, and operational execution to enable other departments and drive risk-managed, scalable platform use firmwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in systems, operations or business technology support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage or equivalent applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure forms, workflows, and notifications in IntApp Open and Wall Builder.
• Perform QA and regression testing on workflows and integrations before Production.
• Provide deployment support and post-release validation; document changes and release notes.
• Assist other teams with enabling workflows and ensuring data integrity and security.
