Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to support the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows within the BIC technology ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open. The role focuses on build support, QA/testing, and operational execution to enable firmwide platforms across departments.

You will work with the Director and BIC Systems Manager, perform functional tests, validate data flows, and contribute to release validation while maintaining comprehensive documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of systems, operations, or business technology support experience.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, form builders, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with IntApp Open or similar workflow platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and maintain BIC workflows and forms in IntApp Open.
• Perform functional and regression testing and document results.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and release validation.
• Collaborate with other teams to enable BIC components.
• Identify opportunities to standardize repeatable platform work.
