Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks a BIC Systems Coordinator to join the Business Intake and Conflicts group, focusing on building and maintaining workflows in IntApp Open and related systems. You will support QA/testing, configurations, and platform changes to enable firmwide risk management and governance.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in systems, operations, or business technology support.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, form builders, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain forms, workflows, notifications, and configurations in IntApp Open and Wall Builder.
• Perform functional and regression testing on workflows and validate integrations prior to Production.
• Support deployment, post-release validation, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
