What You'll Do

• Be the first voice potential clients hear — up to 6 phone evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts
• Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart
• Keep the firm's CRM, documents and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible
• Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training

• Hourly pay: $26-$28 BOE
• Competitive Salary based on Experience: $54,000 - $58,000
