Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled phone interviews with individuals involved in mass tort medical claims.
• Gather case-specific information with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail.
• Explain legal processes and document requirements in a client-friendly manner.
• Accurately document information into CRM systems for legal team review.
• Follow established interview protocols to ensure legal compliance and completeness.
• Escalate urgent concerns or inconsistencies to team leads or attorneys.
• Manage call flow while maintaining empathy, patience, and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
