Job summary

Shegerian & Associates in California's San Diego area is seeking an Intake Specialist who will listen, evaluate, and advise potential clients from the first hello. You will combine heart with precision to guide callers through early case assessment.

You'll manage evaluations daily, research claims, maintain the CRM and calendars, and help train new hires while collaborating across teams in a hybrid, attorney-focused environment with meaningful, impact-driven work.

What You'll Do

• Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible

• Hourly pay: $26-$28 BOE
