Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a social service-based program is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong listening and customer service abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in entering data into software systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Obtain relevant household information from customers and record data in software systems.
• Identify services and resources tailored to customer needs and coordinate with providers.
• Perform data entry and stay updated on software changes.
• Maintain knowledge of program rules and regulations and follow guidelines.
• Schedule appointments and assist customers through the application process.
• Provide support to team members as needed.
