Job summary

You will work with a team to provide a comprehensive approach to meeting customer needs, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a social service-based program.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record household information, assess needs, and build rapport.
• Identify services, coordinate referrals, and assist with applications.
• Perform data entry and stay up to date with software changes.
• Maintain knowledge of program rules and follow guidelines.
• Manage files, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and route customers.
• Provide support to team members as needed.
