Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains household information from customers and records it in software systems.
• Identifies services and resources and liaises with referral programs or providers.
• Performs data entry and stays updated on software changes.
• Maintains knowledge of program rules and regulations; follows guidelines.
• Answers inquiries, schedules appointments, and directs customers to appropriate personnel.
• Supports team members as needed.
