Qualifications

• Experience and skill requirements are essential: at least two years in social services.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Must pass background checks; valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies services and coordinates with providers; assists with applications.
