Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a social service-based program preferred

Responsibilities

• Obtain household information from customers and record into software systems
• Identify services and resources and liaise with customers and referral programs
• Perform data entry and maintain knowledge of software changes
• Maintain records and respond to inquiries; schedule appointments
• Assist team members as needed
