Job summary

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay invites applications for a Client Service Representative-Intake Specialist at Mary Lee's House in Tampa, FL. The role oversees daily front desk operations, telephone intakes, scheduling, and client payments, reporting to the Client Representative Supervisor and the Manager of Clinical Services.

Two years of customer service, a minimum 30 wpm typing speed, Windows/MS Office proficiency, and bilingual Spanish/English are highly preferred. HIPAA knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and office staff tasks.
• Open/close front office as assigned; handle telephone intakes and scheduling.
• Collect client payments and ensure ledger accuracy.
• Assist therapists and maintain client files with confidentiality.
• Document communications and data for reports and referrals.
