Job summary

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay seeks a Client Representative Supervisor to oversee daily office operations and supervise Client Representatives and interns. You will drive performance quality improvements and coordinate with clinicians to optimize client scheduling and service delivery.

You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to monthly reporting. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of client service experience.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
• Bilingual Spanish and English highly preferred to meet the diverse needs of the community.
• Proficiency in Windows-based programs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to communicate, train and provide direction to staff and volunteers.
• Ability to prepare correspondence and reports neatly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office staff functions - planning, assigning, scheduling, and directing work.
• Oversee PQI processes and use data to improve services and outcomes.
• Train and supervise Client Representatives and interns.
• Develop relationships with staff and contracted clinicians to ensure scheduling options.
• Maintain and audit reports, QC issues, and compliance with agency policies.
• Interact with funders, attend monthly meetings, and complete required reporting.
• Directly supervise Client Representatives and manage resources per policies.
