Job summary

Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) in Seattle, WA is seeking an Intake Navigator to support clients entering immigration legal services. This full-time role involves gathering information, coordinating consultations, collecting payments, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the legal team.

Primarily onsite with some remote work, you will help create a welcoming, organized intake experience across programs, working closely with attorneys and program staff to assist refugees and immigrants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with databases and digital case management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information and payments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new client referrals and intake submissions.
• Review information and inform clients about next steps.
• Create and maintain client profiles in eImmigration.
• Coordinate consultations with attorneys or program staff.
• Collect payments and manage documentation for intake.
• Ensure a welcoming and organized client experience from first contact.
• Support clinics and improve intake processes.
