Job summary

World Relief Western Washington seeks a Support and Integration Caseworker to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed case management for refugees and immigrants navigating long‑term self-sufficiency and integration.

The role includes developing service plans, coordinating referrals, and ensuring access to housing, employment, healthcare, and education. Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 WFH day, requiring cross-cultural collaboration and bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must read and write proficiently in English.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
• Flexibility in schedule with occasional evening or weekend hours required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management addressing barriers to self-sufficiency and holistic integration.
• Assist with housing, employment, health care, mental health and education needs.
• Conduct intake to assess eligibility and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate referrals and access to public benefits and services.
• Serve as cultural liaison and advocate within community and systems.
• Collaborate with volunteers, church groups, and interns.
