Job summary

World Relief Western Washington (WRWW) is seeking a Support and Integration Caseworker to assist refugees and immigrants in navigating long-term self-sufficiency and integration within a welcoming community.

The role provides strengths-based, trauma-informed case management and works closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to deliver timely, dignified support. Hybrid schedule offered with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Must affirm World Relief's mission and faith-based values.
• Ability to work with diverse communities; cross-cultural experience required.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexible schedule with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management services addressing barriers to self-sufficiency and holistic integration.
• Support immigrant and refugee children and youth alongside their families.
• Conduct intake to collect demographics and assess eligibility.
• Develop individualized service plans with participant goals and benchmarks.
• Offer orientation and coaching related to community resources and US systems.
• Serve as a cultural liaison and advocate within the community and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for comprehensive service.
• Maintain accurate case files and secure data entry.
