Job summary

To this end, World Relief is seeking a Support and Integration Caseworker who will play a vital role in supporting refugees & immigrants as they navigate the challenges of long-term self-sufficiency and integration.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
• Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
• Flexibility in schedule with occasional evening or weekend hours.
• Intermediate computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management services, addressing barriers to self-sufficiency and holistic integration.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate referrals.
• Conduct initial intake to assess eligibility.
• Refer participants to resources and ensure successful linkage of services.
• Maintain accurate case files and records in WRWW databases.
• Collaborate with volunteers, partners, and internal teams to support participants.
