Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) in Seattle, WA is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the immigration legal services program and supervise case management and administrative staff.

This hybrid role (based at ReWA's MLK office) oversees intake operations, billing, reporting, and partnerships, with occasional travel to other ReWA locations. You will report to the Legal Services Director and help expand capacity while keeping client-centered services strong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program operations, human services, nonprofit services, or related client service field.
• 2+ years supervising staff with coaching and performance feedback.
• Strong organizational and operational skills across multiple priorities.
• Experience with reporting, intake, billing, and administrative workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, guidance, and support to staff.
• Oversee intake operations and non-legal service workflows.
• Coordinate billing and payment processes; ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage partnerships and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
• Identify process improvements and support program growth.
