Job summary

Responsibilities

• Register new clients and manage initial intake process.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations.
• Gather medical histories and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to determine appropriate care levels.
• Provide support and crisis intervention as needed.
