Job summary

Alexander Youth Network is seeking an Access Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for referrals and intake processes. You will collect information, screen applicants, and engage clients in assessments while coordinating walk-ins and inquiries.

The role involves handling intake calls, sharing information about AYN services, and entering required data into the ECHO system to set up client charts before admission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client referrals.
• Collect information as part of pre-screening and data collection.
• Ensure appropriate customers are quickly engaged in the assessment process.
• Manage walk-ins and intake calls.
• Provide general information about AYN services and connect clients to the assessment process.
• Enter demographic and financial information into the ECHO system and set up client charts prior to admission.
