Job summary

Alexander Youth Network is seeking an Access Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for referrals and intake processes. You will collect information, screen applicants, and engage clients in assessments while coordinating walk-ins and inquiries.

The role involves handling intake calls, sharing information about AYN services, and entering required data into the ECHO system to set up client charts before admission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Is the primary point of contact for client referrals;
• collects information as part of pre-screening and data collection.
• Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process;
• manages walk-ins.
• Answers the intake telephone line, provides general information about AYN services, and ensures clients are promptly connected to the assessment process.
• Collects and follows up on required admission criteria, enters demographic and financial information into the ECHO system, sets up client charts prior to admission, and completes PCPs.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred. 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status.
