Job summary

Alexander Youth Network in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Access Coordinator to be the first contact for referrals, screen applicants, and coordinate admissions to AYN services.

You will collect information, enter data into the ECHO system, set up client charts, and guide families through the assessment process, with opportunities for professional growth in human services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status required.

Responsibilities

• Is the primary point of contact for client referrals.
• collects information as part of pre-screening and data collection.
• Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process.
• manages walk-ins.
• Answers the intake telephone line, provides general information about AYN services, and ensures clients are promptly connected to the assessment process.
• Collects and follows up on required admission criteria, enters demographic and financial information into the ECHO system, sets up client charts prior to admission, and completes PCPs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred.
