Job summary

Alexander Youth Network is seeking an Access Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for client referrals and intake, ensuring timely engagement in the assessment process. You will manage walk-ins, answer the intake line, and provide information on AYN services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred) and 1 year of front-desk or call center experience; Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status is required.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for client referrals and pre-screening data collection.
• Ensure engaged clients progress to the assessment process and manage walk-ins.
• Answer intake line and provide general information about AYN services.
• Collect admission criteria, enter demographic and financial information into ECHO, set up charts, and complete PCPs.

Answers the intake telephone line, provides general information about AYN services, and ensures clients are promptly connected to the assessment process. Collects and follows up on required admission criteria, enters demographic and financial information into the ECHO system, sets up client charts prior to admission, and completes PCPs.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred. 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status.
