Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the Colorado and Kansas region by developing and training independent agents. You will work with brokers, underwriters, and marketing to expand market share and profitability through targeted outreach and program deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years' sales and/or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in commercial insurance is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; aptitude to navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Identify key independent agents to expand ISC product distribution.
• Train agents and agency staff on ISC products and processes.
• Meet with agents and staff at their offices regularly.
• Add new agencies to your territory to drive growth.
• Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on initiatives.
• Assist in rolling out new programs.
• Host product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Represent ISC at industry trade shows to generate business.
• Travel up to 60% of the year.
