Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years sales/marketing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in commercial insurance is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Identify key independent agents to drive growth within ISC products.
• Train agents and agency staff on ISC products and processes.
• Meet with agents in their offices on a regular basis.
• Add agencies to territory to drive growth.
• Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on business initiatives.
• Assist in roll-out of new programs.
• Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Attend industry trade shows to generate business.
• Travel up to 60% of the year.
