EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive delivery across large transformation programs.

Role involves governance, strategic execution, and business development while leveraging experience in policy administration platforms, Agile methods, and senior stakeholder engagement in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of insurance experience in life, annuity, or group benefits.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro or similar PAS.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain (product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims).
• Program management experience with onshore/offshore delivery and multiple vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs and ensure alignment with objectives, architecture, and contracts.
• Act as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders; drive strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums; drive collaboration among client, EY, and vendor teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure delivery excellence with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and quality engineering practices.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve productivity and business value.
• Mentor consulting teams and support performance management and career development.
