Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. The role leads complex client engagements across life, annuity, and group insurance transformations, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and delivering value for major providers.

You will oversee governance, program health, and risk management while advancing AI-adoption, automation, and data-driven insights. Travel up to 50% and a path to leadership are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of professional experience.
5+ years of Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance experience.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with delivery governance.
Be trusted advisor to client leaders, drive strategic outcomes and alignment.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across workstreams.
Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
Lead governance forums and foster cross-team collaboration to resolve challenges.
Drive Agile/SAFe/DevOps practices and data-driven improvements.
Mentor consultants and support performance development and talent growth.
Support account growth through relationship management and proposals.
