Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex insurance transformation programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive growth for life, annuity, and group benefits clients.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, shape delivery roadmaps, and oversee governance and execution across multiple workstreams while promoting AI-enabled and data-driven transformation across the insurance value chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of professional experience.
5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro) or similar PAS.
Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain (product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims).
Program management experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs ensuring alignment with objectives and contracts.
Act as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders; drive outcomes and alignment.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
Lead governance forums and drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendors.
