You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, shape program delivery, and guide teams through agile approaches, with a focus on insurance value chains and modern PAS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Define delivery roadmaps and governance models for delivery.
• Oversee program scope, budget, and risks to ensure delivery excellence.
