Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice in the US. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, coordinating diverse teams across vendors and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and sustainable platform modernizations.

You will drive strategy, adoption, and governance while mentoring teams and growing EY’s capabilities in insurance transformation. Travel up to 50% is often required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of consulting/insurance experience.
• At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Translate objectives into delivery strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Oversee governance, risks, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Mentor consulting teams and support career development.
