EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs, oversee cross-functional teams, and partner with client executives to drive strategic outcomes across the insurance value chain.

You will guide program governance, delivery roadmaps, and coordination across vendors while leveraging Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices to ensure successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain (product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims)
• Program management experience with onshore/offshore delivery models
• Experience overseeing platform configuration, integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
