Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead large-scale life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs within its BTG practice. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, define delivery roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.

Responsibilities include governance, Agile/SAFe delivery, and stakeholder management, while supporting business development and client relationships across complex delivery environments. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro, or comparable PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams in life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery performance.
• Drive governance forums and collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams.
• Support business development, proposals, and pursuit activities; contribute to thought leadership.
