Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to lead high-impact insurance transformation programs for life, annuity, and group benefits clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, define delivery roadmaps, and ensure successful outcomes for complex engagements.

You'll be a trusted advisor to client executives, manage budgets and risks, and help grow EY's insurance transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs aligning with objectives and architecture.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leaders, driving outcomes and alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
