Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS) such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Translate objectives into delivery strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Coordinate multi-vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee end-to-end requirements, design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and release readiness.
