EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs, guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale business and technology change.

As a trusted advisor to executives, you will define delivery roadmaps, govern programs, and drive opportunities for growth while upholding architectural standards and risk controls. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with delivery aligned to business objectives and architecture standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders; drive outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources; monitor delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums; drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure delivery excellence through Agile, SAFe, DevOps, quality engineering, release management, and operational readiness practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven insights to improve productivity and value.
