EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to lead client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformations. You will guide cross-functional teams, define delivery roadmaps, and ensure program success across complex workstreams.

As a trusted advisor, you will drive growth, oversee governance, and advance AI-driven and data-enabled initiatives within an agile, multi-vendor environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Program management experience within onshore/offshore delivery models involving multiple vendors and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs aligning with business objectives, architecture standards, and contractual commitments.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support account growth through client relationships, proposals, and thought leadership.
