Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join EY’s Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex client engagements focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation, delivering measurable business value across platforms and processes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client objectives into practical roadmaps, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. EY offers growth, an inclusive culture, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (e.g., FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA) or comparable PAS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third-party teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Establish governance forums and reporting to strengthen transparency and accountability.
• Apply Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and release management practices based on engagement needs.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposal development.
