Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation initiatives, driving strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment across multi-vendor environments.

You will build high-performing teams, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and oversee program governance, risk, and adoption activities to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, or comparable PAS solutions.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across multi-vendor and geographically distributed delivery models.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across vendor and EY environments to maintain alignment.
• Guide clients in evaluating platform capabilities and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee governance, risk, and program management activities.
