Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas, building executive relationships, and driving growth across engagements.

You will oversee program governance, architecture, data, and change management, while guiding teams and sponsors toward successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• Proven success managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting and profitability.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro or similar).
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive executive delivery leadership for strategic transformation programs.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Oversee multiple engagements, governance forums, and risk management.
• Lead revenue growth and account expansion opportunities.
• Shape transformation strategies, roadmaps, and program governance structures.
• Promote AI-enabled delivery, intelligent automation, and analytics across programs.
